Concussion Boost Program
An online program to help concussion survivors reduce symptoms quickly through proven interval and cognitive training.
✔️ Based on neuroscientific research
✔️ Proven effective by thousands of concussion survivors
✔️ Specifically designed for concussion survivors
✔️ Targets the root cause for lasting relief
Say goodbye to symptom management -let's overcome symptoms and live life to the fullest.
"Rest as much as possible isn't enough to recover from a concussion".
You might notice that...
✅ You’re tired of “just doing something.” You’ve tried various treatments, but real, long-lasting recovery still feels out of reach.
✅ You feel overwhelmed by all the (conflicting) information that initially gives you hope but often drains your energy. You don’t want to keep visiting countless doctors who offer incorrect advice or simply tell you to focus on acceptance.
✅ You’re frustrated with the ups and downs and aren't where you hoped or expected to be. You no longer want to struggle to figure it out on your own, as it hasn’t led you anywhere.
✅ You know you’re capable of much more than your current state. You want to focus on research-backed techniques specifically for concussions—no more endless misinformation.
If you feel like this, you're at the right place.
There is a lot of different advice...
Your doctor: Please go home and rest as much as possible, as within a few weeks, you will be better.
Your family/friends:"I knew someone with a concussion, and because of "this," he was healed within 4 weeks."
Your psychologist: "It's important not to make your concussion the main thing in life, focus on positive things."
Your colleagues:"I wish I had a day off, too. Enjoy the sun and do some yoga; that will help to feel better"
Your physiotherapist: "This was our last session. I think it's important to focus on acceptance from now on."
The insurance company: "You can't prove it? Then it's not there. We are all getting older, try not to make that a big deal."
It doesn’t have to be this way.
In this program, I will guide you through interval training—one of the most effective workout methods for concussion recovery—complemented by 15 targeted cognitive exercises.
This powerful combination will help restore balance to your nervous system and rebuild your brain's pathways, setting the stage for healing and symptom reduction.
This isn’t just a regular exercise program; it’s a researched method specifically designed for concussions.
Before we continue.
Take a look at these responses...
"I am not constantly in fight/flight mode anymore"
"Helped so much with my headaches, migraines, nausea"
"My symptoms reduced. I felt normal the whole day."
I AM SILVIE,
And I am recovered by 90% because of these 2 methods
...but that didn’t happen right away.
In 2017, I had a scooter accident, and during my first two years, I went through a period where I felt more lost than ever.
I struggled to find the right help and understand what was going on with me.
Most doctors couldn't address my symptoms and told me to just rest.
For all those years, I wanted to move forward so badly, but it felt like nothing really helped. I lacked the correct knowledge.
And yet...
After years of struggling, I am back to feeling like my old self again...
how?
In June 2019, I spent $10k on a treatment;
I went to Cognitive FX
A concussion center in Utah where I learned about specific interval training and cognitive exercises tailored for concussion recovery.
This knowledge helped me overcome my symptoms, and I want to make it accessible to others so they can reduce their symptoms too.
I’ve poured my heart into the Concussion Boost Program, where I teach specific interval and cognitive training techniques for the best results in reducing symptoms.
Simply doing some cardio or puzzles won't lead to significant change; more is needed to truly overcome your symptoms.
I want to credit Dr. Mark Allen, Neuroscientist and Co-Founder of Cognitive FX, for developing the scientific foundation that makes this approach unique.
This is the only online program at this price that offers research-backed content for concussion survivors, proven effective by thousands of others.
Joan: "All my dizziness and headache is gone".
Hi Silvie, I just want to thank you for the advice to take a step back with the intensity of my training. This week I've had my best week so far. I am only gonna do two times this week and then three next and maybe stay at that level. I've been tweaking my social routine with the intervals and doing the neck exercises in breaks during the day. All my dizziness and headache is gone, and I crash much later in the day, now around when I eat dinner with the family.
Josh: "I can finally enjoy my children again instead of always having to say no and retreating to my room".
Sarah noticed improvements within 3 weeks: less sensory overwhelm, less triggers into anxiety, improved sleep and less fatigue/headaches
I finally feel better than at any time since the accident. These intervals are the only workout that's given me energy and not left me feeling symptoms for days. I am only 3 weeks in and I've noticed improvements: less sensory overwhelm, less triggers into panic/anxiety, I sleep through the night, less fatigue/headaches.

Pamela: I could only walk for a few minutes, after 2 weeks things started
to improve.
Personally, I found them incredibly helpful in regaining my confidence in exercising, as it was nearly impossible for me before I started the program. I’m so happy I can exercise again!
Before I started, I could only walk for a few minutes without experiencing symptoms. So, I was quite skeptical that this would work for me. But I didn’t see any other option, and after reading many reviews, I decided to give it a try. It actually went better than I expected.
I did experience some symptoms at first (which Silvie said was normal), but after two weeks, things started to improve. That’s when I also began adding the cognitive exercises, which have been helpful for my focus.
The Concussion Boost Program is for you if...
✔️ You’re a concussion survivor who has tried many things but doesn’t seem to be making progress.
✔️ You want to work goal-oriented and action-oriented. If you only want to focus on mindset and psychological coaching, this program isn’t for you. We do help with your mindset, but it is a program that is truly focused on applying two methods and taking action.
✔️ You are looking for a mentor who will guide you in an engaged and personal way. You no longer want to do it alone.
✔️ The most important thing is that you are willing to take real action. You can only achieve the desired results and get the most out of this investment if you are ready to act.
I can provide you with all the knowledge you need, but recovery doesn’t happen on its own: you need to get into action mode.
The 2 researched methods we focus on in The Concussion Boost Program
Both methods are reserached by Dr. Mark Allen, Neuroscientist and Co-Founder of Cognitive FX, who developed the scientific foundation that makes this approach unique.
Method 1
Interval training + breathing exercises
Watch the 5-minute video to learn why this specific interval training is so effective for people with a concussion.

What is interval training?
Interval training combines short bursts of intense exercise with specialized breathing exercises, designed to target concussion recovery.
Why is this more effective than regular workouts?
1. Interval training boosts neurotransmitters, proteins, and oxygen in the brain. The most important neurochemical for concussion recovery is Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), and interval training is the fastest and most effective way to increase BDNF levels.
2. It helps to regulate the autonomic nervous system. If you’ve had a concussion, the sympathetic nervous system (the fight-or-flight system) can get stuck in overreacting. This interval training helps activate the parasympathetic (rest) system.
The goal is that your body will pick this up automatically, which is why consistency is important.
Method 2
15 Cognitive Exercises
Watch the 3-minute video to learn why these cognitive exercises are so effective for people with a concussion.

Restoring Damaged Pathways
The good news is that these damaged pathways can be restored, but your brain needs the right push to heal. That’s where the 15 cognitive exercises come in.
From Weakened to Well-Functioning
We want to go from the weakened or detoured pathways (on the left side) to a well-functioning brain (on the right side). By creating and strengthening new pathways, many symptoms can improve.
Why Target All Areas of the Brain?
It’s crucial to focus on exercises that target all areas of the brain, especially those affected after a concussion to reduce symptoms.
Why are these cognitive exercises so effective for people with a concussion?
Inflammation and Communication Pathways
In the first few days of recovery, inflammation can block your brain from using certain communication pathways as it normally would.
What Happens After the First Few Days?
For most people, these pathways return to normal within a week or two. But for those with post-concussion symptoms, the brain adapts to rerouting around the injured areas and continues doing so, even after the initial recovery.
The Impact of Rerouting
This means your brain is sending blood flow and information around the damaged areas, which drains energy and slows down processing, leading to persistent symptoms.
Notice improvements yourself
Based on my own experience and 600+ other concussion survivors

The modules - What do I learn?
Cognitive Course - Lifetime Access
After a concussion, your brain's communication pathways can become damaged, leading to redirected blood flow and information, which drains energy and prolongs symptoms.
With these 15 researched and proven cognitive exercises, we target all areas of your brain, focusing specifically on those affected by the concussion.
As these pathways are rebuilt, many symptoms can significantly decrease, allowing your brain to recover.
These exercises use everyday items like post-it notes, balls, and playing cards, along with printable PDFs and audio/video recordings. They focus on multitasking, balance, vision, memory, movement, and cognitive tasks.
The modules - What do I learn?

Wendy went from feeling demotivated and always experiencing symptoms from exercising to doing intervals three times a week without any symptoms.
I started a couple of months ago, and it helped me a lot. I felt stuck and exercise was a big struggle. Because of that, I felt demotivated and experienced setbacks every time I tried.
I slowly started the intervals by brisk walking, and now I can do them three time a week (on a bike without getting symptoms!).
What I've noticed: fewer headaches, less fatigue, more energy, and less sensory overload.

Hana: "To my surprise, I started feeling better real quick".
To my surprise, I started feeling better real quick. As I am always overdoing as I feel oke,😅, had a prettty tough weight training directly afterwards. I felt strong and very well. So at home I was able to do the cognitive part as well. Then I took a good rest. So what an improvement! Slept well too!
Tom: "My migraines got better. now I can actually stop a migraine attack with the intervals".
I started Silvie's interval program, my migraines got a better. Now, I can actually stop a migraine attack with the intervals. I couldn't believe it.😆 This morning for instance, I could feel another migraine coming up, I took my running clothes on and did my training. Now, no migraine, "only" a "small" headache.🙂
Amy went from daily headaches and brainfog to waking up with a clear head instead
Amy struggled with the most 'normal' things and tasks: Having conversations, going to the supermarket, making phone calls, driving, controlling her emotions, performing more than one task per day, and on top of that, she suffered from daily headaches, fatigue, and migraines.
In short, Amy no longer enjoyed her life; she was just surviving.
Doctors told her she had to accept her situation and learn to cope with it. But after starting the program she went from being someone who was always at home, to someone who enjoys her social life again.
She no longer has daily headaches, her migraines have decreased and she has just started driving again. She now wakes up every day with a clear head instead of brain fog.
