Hi Silvie, I just want to thank you for the advice to take a step back with the intensity of my training. This week I've had my best week so far. I am only gonna do two times this week and then three next and maybe stay at that level. I've been tweaking my social routine with the intervals and doing the neck exercises in breaks during the day. All my dizziness and headache is gone, and I crash much later in the day, now around when I eat dinner with the family.

Hana: "To my surprise, I started feeling better real quick". 

To my surprise, I started feeling better real quick. As I am always overdoing as I feel oke,😅, had a prettty tough weight training directly afterwards. I felt strong and very well. So at home I was able to do the cognitive part as well. Then I took a good rest. So what an improvement! Slept well too!

Tom: "My migraines got better. now I can actually stop a migraine attack with the intervals". 

I started Silvie's interval program, my migraines got a better. Now, I can actually stop a migraine attack with the intervals. I couldn't believe it.😆 This morning for instance, I could feel another migraine coming up, I took my running clothes on and did my training. Now, no migraine, "only" a "small" headache.🙂

I finally feel better than at any time since the accident. These intervals are the only workout that's given me energy and not left me feeling symptoms for days. Personally, I found them incredibly helpful in regaining my confidence in exercising, as it was nearly impossible for me before I started the program. I’m so happy I can exercise again!
 

Before I started, I could only walk for a few minutes without experiencing symptoms. So, I was quite skeptical that this would work for me. But I didn’t see any other option, and after reading many reviews, I decided to give it a try. It actually went better than I expected.
 

I did experience some symptoms at first (which Silvie said was normal), but after two weeks, things started to improve. That’s when I also began adding the cognitive exercises, which have been helpful for my focus.

Mai: "A bubble feeling in my head is reducing my fatigue"

At first, I was a bit skeptical and thought it wouldn't make a difference compared with normal exercise but what a difference!

After doing the intervals I feel so energized and I get a bubble feeling in my head (feels great!), which reduces my fatigue. So glad I gave it a try, thank you!

I started the interval training and the cognitive training at the same time. I know, I’m stubborn because you advised starting with the interval training first, but I couldn’t wait, haha! I learned my lesson, and now I’m taking it a bit easier, thank you for that!

After a few weeks, it felt like something clicked in my head. I feel more focused and alert in the mornings (which are usually tough for me). I can feel more blood flow to my head, and my nervous system feels calmer!

Wendy went from feeling demotivated and always experiencing symptoms from exercising to doing intervals three times a week without any symptoms.

I started a couple of months ago, and it helped me a lot. I felt stuck and exercise was a big struggle. Because of that, I felt demotivated and experienced setbacks every time I tried.

I slowly started the intervals by brisk walking, and now I can do them three time a week (on a bike without getting symptoms!).

What I've noticed: fewer headaches, less fatigue, more energy, and less sensory overload.

Amy went from daily headaches and brainfog to waking up with a clear head instead 

Amy struggled with the most 'normal' things and tasks: Having conversations, going to the supermarket, making phone calls, driving, controlling her emotions, performing more than one task per day, and on top of that, she suffered from daily headaches, fatigue, and migraines.

 

In short, Amy no longer enjoyed her life; she was just surviving. 

 

Doctors told her she had to accept her situation and learn to cope with it.​ But after starting the program she went from being someone who was always at home, to someone who enjoys her social life again.

 

She no longer has daily headaches, her migraines have decreased and she has just started driving again. She now wakes up every day with a clear head instead of brain fog.
